Matt began his photographic journey in 2005, experimenting with black & white film and a Canon FTb camera, and learning to develop his own film and prints in the basement dark room at Ancaster High. His lifelong fascination with nature has guided his interest in photography into the digital age where he now shoots with a well-loved Canon 60D purchased in 2010.

As a graduate of Mohawk College's Graphic Design and Art Photography programs, he seeks to reveal the beauty of the natural world from his own perspective.
